By the year 2023, San Rafael Technological High School is an institution committed to the transformation of individuals that are intellectually equipped, skilled, and humane in solidarity with the promotion of sustainable environment, empowered and dedicated to service and excellence.
The school administration intensifies and institutionalizes quality instruction committed to the promotion of quality service and excellence.
The teachers provide and adopt diversified strategic and innovative approaches that will encourage collaborative and cooperative teaching-learning among peers for the development of enlightened committed and competent youth.
The non – teaching personnel maintain a climate that makes the school client and all others feel welcome, respected and served accordingly.
The students are active, functionally literate, tempered with positive values and attitudes necessary to face the challenges of change with the capacity to adopt and become lifelong learners.
The community undertakes a strong involvement to complement the school inputs that will strengthen development initiatives in the realization of the schools vision and mission.
